CP-01 Brief
We read everything, ask the questions nobody else asked, and write the route.
Pixel Exodus is a digital agency that maps your project as a route of checkpoints, then clears them one by one until you ship something real.
We read everything, ask the questions nobody else asked, and write the route.
We lock the deliverables, timeline, and owners before any design work starts.
Wireframes first, visuals second. Every screen earns its place.
We develop in the open. Staging link live from day one so you see progress.

Marcus Hale spent four years as a senior developer at a Bristol agency before founding Pixel Exodus in 2019. He trained in parkour on weekends and borrowed the sport's route-mapping discipline to build the studio's checkpoint model. Before agency life, he shipped internal tools for a logistics company in Cardiff, where he learned that the most expensive bugs are the ones nobody named in the brief. He reads a lot of technical writing, runs most mornings, and has a strong opinion about when not to use a carousel. He leads every new client engagement personally through the first two checkpoints.
